Returning products
Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, they unfortunately cannot be returned. This includes fresh snacks, cakes, and popcakes.
Non-perishable products (such as accessories) can be returned within 14 days of receipt , as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How do you return a product?

1. Please send an email to info@dehondenbakkerij.nl within 14 days of receipt. with your order number and reason for return.
2. After approval you will receive the return instructions by email.
3. Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days .

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made products (such as birthday orders) cannot be returned.
• Products that have been opened, damaged, or used are not eligible for a refund.

Received a defective or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@dehondenbakkerij.nl We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
